Technical data and hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. on Cloudflare Pages and delivered as a static site through Direct Upload. It does not use Pages Functions or bindings. To deliver content and protect traffic, Cloudflare may process technical request data, including IP address, HTTP request data, browser or device information, date and time, requested URL, and other data needed for delivery and security. Static resources are distributed through Cloudflare’s global network, so technical processing may also take place outside the European Economic Area.

Purposes and legal basis

Technical data are processed only as needed to deliver pages, operate the site and protect its security. They are not used for advertising, profiling or behavioural analytics. The intended legal basis for these purposes is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the site under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, while respecting individuals’ rights.

Technical log retention

Cookies, storage and locally hosted content

The site sets no first-party cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. It has no analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or other tracking tools. Photos, fonts and scripts are served by the site itself. There are no embedded maps or social widgets. This setup therefore does not require a cookie-consent banner.

Links to external services

Availability links open Villa La Rupe’s listing on HomeToGo. The “Open in Google Maps” link opens Google Maps. These are ordinary links: neither service is loaded automatically. Following one takes you away from this site. The chosen service will receive browsing data and apply its own privacy notice and cookie settings.

This version has no Instagram link because the official profile has not been confirmed. If one is added, it will be a regular external link; opening it will take you away from this site and Instagram’s privacy notice will apply. No social content is embedded.

Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Technical data required for the connection are necessary to display the pages. The site makes no automated decisions and does not profile visitors.
